RETURNS & REFUNDS
Total satisfaction guaranteed: If, for any reason, you are not completely delighted with your noodle purchase you may request a full refund or a replacement within 28 days of receipt of the goods. Just follow these steps: Notify us within 28 days of receiving your goods via post, telephone or email.
Post back the goods unused and in their original condition in their silk pouch within the next 2 working days.
Obtain a free Certificate of Posting from your Post Office. It is recommended that you insure the goods with Royal Mail for return, as we are unable to process a refund until we receive the returned goods. We will process your refund upon receipt of the goods within 5 working days or replace according to your requirements. We cannot control the time it takes your card issuer to credit your account. If the package or goods are damaged, please also report this to the Royal Mail upon delivery or as soon as possible thereafter. N.B. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings (unless they are faulty).
DELIVERY
Our prices include delivery to the UK, if you require delivery outside of UK please see tariff (link to tariff) Orders received by 3pm on a normal working day will be dispatched that day unless otherwise requested. Allow 3 working days for delivery If you need something urgently please contact us and we will do all we can to help. All our goods are delivered using Royal Mail recorded delivery and will require a signature upon receipt. We endeavour to keep our website updated as to stock levels. If, however due to overwhelming demand, the item you have ordered is out of stock we will inform you and offer you a later delivery date, an alternative product or a full refund.
