Shipping And Handling
Delivery is free for orders over £30.
Delivery is £1.95 on orders up to £30 to all United Kingdom and Ireland destinations and will typically take between 1 and 4 days for delivery. Deliveries to Northern and Southern Ireland may take up to 5 days. Alll offshore destinations; Isles, Scotland and Scilly can take 7 days to arrive.
Delivery Schedule
Your goods will be despatched the same day providing the order is placed before 2pm. All orders placed after 2 pm will be despatched the following day and should arrive within 1 to 4 days. Any orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched for a Monday onwards delivery. All deliveries are made via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Orders to Europe and America take between 7 and 15 days depending upon location and charges are applied based on weight, size and destination.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, a warning message will appear in the check out and you will have the option to select a different item, proceed with the order or to cancel the entire order. We will keep you updated with expected delivery dates via email and your login area that is accessed via our secure server. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for either a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be made back onto the credit card the order was placed with. Post back the goods unused and in their original condition in their silk pouch.
Return costs are at your expense unless on the rare occasion the item is faulty.
In the rare event your purchase is incorrect, damaged or faulty we will arrange to fund the return postage cost providing it is within the 30day warranty. Returns under warranty, but outside of the 30 days will be at the buyers cost. Please follow the instructions below.
